We bought a Swedish gas toilet in 2005. There were no bounds to how great it was, claimed the Norwegian agent. It went so far as to catch fire. It was a nightmare from one end to the other. The toilet was evicted and I build a new outhouse. That was the safest bet. In 2007-2008, I heard rumors that Cinderella had something coming that would run on gas. When I bought my first toilet, I was made aware of the fact that it was part of an introductory series, which meant that it might be necessary with some adjustments and adaptations. I was thinking that it could not possibly be any worse than that Swedish model. As I said, I had just built a new outhouse. It started very well, and I was pleasantly surprised. Time passed, and well into the winter, the toilet started to “misfire”. I contacted Cinderella, and sent them the toilet for service. It turned out that because the air is thinner at an elevation of 1,000 meters, only a small adjustment was necessary. There has been no malfunction since. I was quite anxious when the temperature dropped to minus 29 centigrade. It turned out there was no cause to worry. It fired like it should. I have a small 12V battery and a little solar panel, and they have never caused any problems. During the toilet’s introductory period, I provided input they liked, and this will benefit new owners. PS! I have now converted my outhouse to a woodshed! Currently, I have two gas Cinderella's and one electric one.
I would like to thank all of you at Cinderella for a super product!
I have just installed the Cinderella in our vacation home in the Stockholm archipelago, in the municipality of Norrtälje. Water and sewage is a problem in this area. The Cinderella works like a charm. I am particularly happy with there not being any odors. The chimney turned out very nice, didn’t it? We put the toilet in the shower room. If you would like to use the picture, I am happy to receive the bags to the address below

Our Cinderella has now been installed in our cabin for 1 year, and I am delighted. I was a little skeptical to start with, when thinking about the cost of power, etc. related to the toilet. That turned out to be no problem, as it uses a negligible amount of electricity, and we haven’t used even half the bags yet. It is odorless and, I think, almost more hygienic than a normal flush toilet. I have put the ventilation pipe, or chimney, below the roof, and it works very well. I was a little afraid of odors, etc., as the instructions said the outlet ought to be above roof height, but in my case, that turned out not to be necessary. There is just one little thing I would like to mention, and that is that the toilet is a bit tall. If I had known, I would have sunk it 5-10cm into the floor when I built the bathroom. Now we have small stool in front, and that works like a charm.
Best regards from a satisfied cabin owner at Gunnbøhaugen, Raje, Skrim

Hello, I just wanted to tell you how happy we are with our new loo. It is very simple to use, and a lot more hygienic than a regular toilet. We have had an outhouse for ages, and it was like heaven to get the Cinderella installed in the cabin. Due to lack of space, we set aside a 1.5 sqm of the hallway, so it is a bit tight in there, but we manage. We have had it for about a year, and are still very satisfied. Now that we have an indoor toilet, even my parents want to come for a visit. My mother says, it’s the best thing to ever happen to the cabin. I can safely recommend it to everybody, they will not regret it. I am enclosing a couple of pictures of the loo. Our cabin is at Nordvikstranda in the municipality of Surnadal.
I have spent the summer holiday installing a new toilet, and selected Cinderella. I am very satisfied!! After struggling with odor and emptying problems for over 30 years, it was an incredible feeling not having to. Now, the room is so nice that we could have held a party in there, was a comment we got from one of our guests. I am enclosing a couple of pictures from the loo conversion process – some molding and finishing remains, but it is still pretty clear what an amazing improvement that took place this summer. I hope you will be able to use this on your website
Your sincerely, Bjørg Odland.
Hello, I am sending you pictures of the toilet, which we have had the pleasure of using for three years at our cabin, The Carnation, by Storvannet at Rissa. Not in our wildest dreams did we think that solving our toilet problem should be so simple. Consequently, two of our closest neighbors have also acquired such toilets.

Hello, We installed Cinderella in our cabin this July, and we are delighted. Previously, we had a traditional type, where we had to use bark and lime, but we had issues with odors and insects. After we installed our Cinderella, there have been no problems with neither odors nor insects. I am enclosing some pictures of the installation
We are very happy! We installed a Cinderella cabin toilet in our newly renovated bathroom last summer. It was simple to install, and we are very happy with it. It is odorless and very simple to use. Due to its location below a window, we had to make a turn on the ventilation pipe with a 45-degree bend. It worked very well. Afterwards, we mounted a box outside that was painted in the same color as the cabin wall. Simple and easy.
